PODCAST: Almost a High Ground Podcast: Update on the 2025 Conference with Scott Slater and Andy Wyatt
DIRECTIONS: All of our gatherings will take place at The Vail Church, located approximately one mile east of the Route 6 Roundabout entrance to Beaver Creek. The church is located on the north side of Highway 6.

Please park only in the east side of the parking lot (turn right upon entering the church parking lot).

LUNCHES: We are pleased to offer again this year the opportunity to dine in Beaver Creek Club's renouned private on mountain restaurants, Beano's Cabin and Allie's Cabin (W-F). For the first time, we are also offering a lunch option on Thursday at the Game Creek Club in Vail. Registration for these is now live and advance payment is required.
Lunches will be held each of our three days of the Conference (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). Availability is limited and is first registered, first served. We will announce availability to registered Conference participants via email prior to the Conference. If you have questions before registration opens, please contact kent.dahlberg1@gmail.com.
Directions to Beano's and Allies' Cabins (please be on time at 11:30 sharp for lunch):
Beano’s Cabin — Take the Larkspur chairlift to the top, then ski 2/3 of the way down to where the main trail bears right under the Larkspur liftline. You will see a catwalk on the right edge with a trail sign for Beano’s Cabin. Take that catwalk to the right a few hundred yards to the Cabin and come inside.
Allie’s Cabin — From the Centennial chairlift base, Allie’s is visible up on the mountain to your left. Take Centennial up from Beaver Creek’s main base. Exit to the left and follow to Gold Dust area. Follow Gold Dust down to where it funnels into a narrow little canyon. You will see the Cinch trail catwalk to your right. Follow around several minutes to Allie’s Cabin and come inside.
Game Creek Club — For the Thursday-only lunch at Vail's Game Creek Club. Note: Lunch starts at 1:30 p.m. sharp (late lunch, so get your skiing in first!!)
Directions: Go to the top of Game Creek Bowl. Head west toward the top of Avanti lift. Drop into Ouzo run heading down into Game Creek Bowl. White chalet restaurant will be on your right.
